Hildur is coming off her sophomore season after being ranked 7th in the Patriot League with a .376 three-point percentage, 2nd best on the team, while also earning Most Improved Player of the Year. She’s been seeing the way I train for a while and kept saying she wanted to get a workout in with me, so we finally made it happen today. For her first session, she did amazing. Came in ready to work, stayed locked in, didn’t complain once, and not only pushed herself the whole workout, she pushed me. That mindset is why she continues to improve. A lot of people talk about wanting to work. Few actually show up and do it. She did. So show out to Hildur for getting after it today💯💪🏽
