Carson Benge's home run swing for the New York Mets

Carson Benge has put together an impressive rookie season with the New York Mets, quickly proving that he belongs at the major league level. After making his MLB debut in March, Benge developed into one of the Mets’ most consistent young players, combining contact, power, and speed. He has become a key part of the lineup while showing the ability to impact games in multiple ways and emerging as one of the brightest rookies in baseball.
