George Lombard Jr. on caffeine intake before games

Respect to the Yankees for holding off on the caffeine. This is the complete opposite of the Dodgers and a lot of other dudes around the league. Maybe we just talked to the select few who don’t indulge or maybe they have a team nutritionist telling them to take it easy on the coffee and energy drinks. The Yankees are down 2-0 in the ALDS to the Tampa Bay Rays and they need to win Game 3 tonight to keep their season alive.
