Val Whiting is a former WNBA player and a two-time NCAA champion. She played basketball at Stanford where she also studied pre-med. Val was a 2X All-American and also a 2X Pac-10 Player of the Year. She is an ESPY finalist and now applies her skills as a certified mental performance coach for female athletes.
