Val Whiting is a former professional basketball player and a two-time NCAA champion. She played four years of collegiate basketball while at Stanford where she also studied pre-med. Whiting was also named the Pac-10 Player of the Year in 1992 and 1993. She is an ESPY finalist and now applies her skills as a mindset coach.
