Tre Maronic is a promising junior tight end for the Western Illinois Fighting Leathernecks football team. Originally from Auburn, California, Maronic was a standout all-state high school player before joining the college ranks. In his freshman year, he was named to the MVFC Academic Honor Roll and appeared in one game. As a sophomore, he played in seven games, making notable contributions on special teams, including two tackles in two games. In 2022, he played in four games but did not record any receptions or tackles.
