Jason Ingwaldson has been an athlete since the age of five when he started training in martial arts. At the age of 10, he started boxing and quickly became a Junior Olympic Champion, Junior Olympic National Champion, and was rated #1 at the young age of 17. He won the Gold Medal at the International Muhammad Ali Cup and was awarded the "Boxer of the Tournament" and "Boxer of the Year" awards. He also sparred with Floyd Mayweather and was invited to Mayweather's first championship training camp.

After a promising career as a boxer, Jason became a professional boxing coach and trained champions and elite boxers, including Ryan Garcia, David & Jose Benavidez, and Jessie Vargas. He also trained UFC fighter Roy Nelson and BKFC Champion Joey Beltran to victory in both of his title defenses. Jason's training extends to other sports as well, where he puts NFL, NBA, and tennis players through his top-level conditioning boxing workouts.

Aside from combat sports, Jason's love for working with kids and adults with special needs is what fulfills him the most. Through his fun boxing workouts, he helps boost their confidence and motivation in uplifting ways. Jason's amazing heart and dedication to teaching and instructing his boxing knowledge with a motivating spirit sets his style apart from all others.
