Sarah Roach is an amateur Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and coach, dedicated to the sport since 2018. Training at CU Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Champaign, Illinois, she leads women’s, kids’, and co-ed classes. A passionate competitor and mother, she empowers others through resilience, technique, and the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
