Sam Brown is an amateur jiu-jitsu athlete from Eugene, Oregon. She began jiu-jitsu at age 30 and placed 2nd in a blue belt bracket as a white belt at the Battle Grappling Queen of Hearts tournament. She’s also won a blue belt super-match in Battle of the Giants. An active competitor, she trains at 10th Planet Springfield and is a sheep rancher passionate about educating others on the importance of knowing where their food comes from.
