Raghib “Rocket” Ismail is a former wide receiver and return specialist known for his blazing speed. After starring at Notre Dame and finishing second in Heisman voting, he signed with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts, leading them to the 1991 Grey Cup, and later played in the NFL for the Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders, Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys.
