Raquel is kinda like legend. She charges, have a heart of gold full of faith and sense of humor. She is  a water woman, representing women's surfing the best way she can. Not only is she one of the top female big wave surfers in the world, but also is proficient in short boarding, long boarding, towing,  barrel riding, etc. She travels the world exploring  and free surfing new waves, competing, and creating fun content. She has been a finalist multiple times in many recognized arenas such as the WSL Big Wave Awards, RedBull Magnitude, Brazilian Big Wave  and small waves Championships, Surfline Awards, and was even invited to compete as an alternate in the famous Eddie Aikau event at Waimea Bay.
