Nicolas Delgado is an amateur triathlete who returned to the sport a decade ago and now competes in World Championships every year in both mid and full distances. Inspired by his 80-year-old father, an Ironman 70.3 World Champion in Finland, Nicolas balances elite training with family life as a proud father of three.
