Shedeur Sanders' NFL Draft Fall: Is the NFL Underestimating His Star Power?

SOMETHING ABOUT SHEDEUR SANDERS’ NFL DRAFT FALL ISN’T AGING WELL… AND THE NFL MIGHT HAVE SOME EXPLAINING TO DO?! Remember when Shedeur Sanders fell all the way to the FIFTH ROUND of the NFL Draft?! Remember how EVERYBODY suddenly had an explanation for why he wasn’t worthy of being selected earlier? Well, after what we’ve been seeing on the football field, I have some VERY uncomfortable questions! CAM WARD. DESHAUN WATSON. JAXSON DART. Different quarterbacks. Different expectations. Different opportunities. But here’s what I want to know… WHY IS SHEDEUR SANDERS STILL THE MOST TALKED-ABOUT QUARTERBACK IN THE CONVERSATION WHEN HE ISN’T EVEN PLAYING?! And here’s where things get REALLY interesting… While other quarterbacks are being judged by their performances on Sundays, Shedeur is finding ways to keep people talking about him WITHOUT taking a single snap! Social media. Interviews. Personality. STAR POWER! What if the NFL underestimated something about Shedeur Sanders that has NOTHING to do with his arm talent?! And what if the people who thought his draft-day slide would make him disappear are about to discover something VERY different? Now, I’m not saying the NFL collusion theories have been proven. But I AM saying that the way this quarterback conversation is developing deserves another look! And I believe Shedeur has a move available RIGHT NOW that could make this entire situation VERY uncomfortable for the Cleveland Browns! Sometimes the biggest pressure doesn’t come from the player on the field… it comes from the player EVERYBODY wants to see ON the field! Did NFL teams legitimately evaluate Shedeur Sanders as a fifth-round talent, or did they make one of the BIGGEST mistakes of the draft? DRAFT DAY MISTAKE or NFL GOT IT RIGHT? Pick a side and DEFEND IT in the comments!
