DK Metcalf's Insane Chase-Down Tackle in 2020

It looked like a guaranteed pick-six. During a 2020 showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals, Budda Baker intercepted the pass and immediately took off toward the end zone, with nothing but open field ahead of him. But just when the Cardinals seemed destined for a defensive touchdown, DK Metcalf came flying into the picture with a determination that would turn this play into an NFL classic. Starting from across the field, Metcalf unleashed an unbelievable pursuit, reaching 22.64 mph as he chased Baker down over more than 100 yards. Just when the end zone seemed within reach, Metcalf caught up to him and made the crucial tackle near the goal line, turning a potential pick-six into a stunning defensive stop. The Cardinals ultimately failed to score on the possession, making the moment even more unforgettable. It was an extraordinary display of speed, effort, and sheer determination—a reminder that no play is over until the whistle blows.
