Islam Makhachev's lone professional loss

Islam Makhachev (27-1) suffered his lone MMA defeat to Brazilian Adriano Martins all the way back in October of 2015. This was only Islams 2nd fight inside the UFC. Islam will be looking to claim a 2nd title this weekend at UFC 322 as he challenges Jack Della Maddalena for welterweight gold.
