Alexander Volkanovski's incredible toughness against Brian Ortega at UFC 266

Alexander Volkanovski showed unbelievable toughness against Brian Ortega at UFC 266, surviving one of the most dangerous submission sequences in UFC history. In the third round, Ortega dropped Volk and locked in a deep guillotine choke from mount, putting the featherweight champion seconds away from losing his title. But Volk refused to tap, created just enough space to escape, and then survived a tight triangle choke moments later. Both times, he broke free and immediately unleashed brutal ground-and-pound. Joe Rogan was stunned by the escape, saying that almost everyone would have tapped in that position. Volkanovski went on to dominate the later rounds and win by unanimous decision, retaining his featherweight title in an unforgettable performance.
