Aloha, my name is Lydia and I’m so glad you’re here 🌺 I am a lifelong Philly sports fan, former gymnast and certified coach, and Pilates instructor in training. While I love living on the island of O’ahu (Hawai’i), we do not have any professional sports teams so I do what I can to stay plugged in. I’m excited to further that through engaging content and stimulating discussions for passionate sports fans, especially the girlies ✨

In addition to NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA, I am an avid watcher of elite & NCAA gymnastics as well as surfing (WSL). Both sports have been a part of my life for 20 years and I love sharing that passion with others!
