Lonnie Young is a former American football defensive back who played twelve seasons in the NFL. Young was drafted out of Michigan State University by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 12th round of the 1985 NFL Draft. He also played for the New York Jets and San Diego Chargers. Young went to Beecher Senior High School, in Flint, Michigan. He is currently a scout for the Baltimore Ravens.
