Lanni Marchant
Lanni Marchant is a Canadian marathoner, Olympian, and long-distance runner from London, Ontario. On October 20, 2013, she set the Canadian women's marathon record at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, finishing in 2:28:00 and breaking a 28-year-old national record. A dual-career professional, Marchant is also an American criminal appeal lawyer, balancing her passion for justice with her elite athletic career. She represented Canada at the 2016 Rio Olympics, showcasing her endurance and determination on the world stage.
