Kirsten Alexis is a California-based outdoor adventure enthusiast and Founder of Full Send Social Media. Her activities include mountain trekking, skydiving, surfing, snowboarding, and skiing. She has summited Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and dreams of completing the Seven Summits. Recently, she suffered a mild ACL tear and other injuries while training for a climb, causing the climb to be postponed. Through her journey, Kirsten has learned to pivot, modify and control her mind to create positives out of perceived obstacles.
