Jim Jeffcoat is a former professional football defensive end who played 15 seasons in the NFL. He was drafted out of Arizona State University in the first round by the Dallas Cowboys in 1983. Jeffcoat won two Super Bowls with the Cowboys in the 1990s. He also played for the Buffalo Bills. Jeffcoat went on to have a successful football coaching career. Jeffcoat is represented by the NFL Alumni Association.
