Jarek Watie is a standout sprinter for the Kansas Jayhawks Track and Field Team. A former State Champion sprinter, Watie's explosiveness on the track is matched by his versatility as a former incredibly talented WR at Union HS. Known for his competitive drive and work ethic, he is going to quickly become a key contributor to Kansas' track program. Jarek is widely known across Oklahoma and the entire nation for his school records in the 400m, 4x100,4x200, and 4x400 and his state records in the 4x100 and 4x200.
