On a sporting level I started karate at the age of 12, and despite starting late compared to all my peers and facing numerous defeats in my beginnings, I found such passion in this martial art that it drove me to persevere in the world of competition, until I became an elite athlete and won several national and international titles. Karate helped me to work on essential values such as respect and discipline, and undoubtedly made me go from being an introverted child with little self-confidence to an athlete with great self-confidence, positive to the core and with the premise of learning from every defeat and never giving up.
