Gustavo Albrecht Carvalhaes is a Brazilian beach volleyball player renowned for his outstanding defensive skills. A competitor in the 2013 U21 World Championships, he has earned multiple titles, including Super Praia Champion, Brazilian Champion, and World Champion. Recognized as the Best Defender of the 2021 Season, Gustavo has been named the best defender in the world five times. As he continues to pursue his Olympic dream, Gustavo is now focused on representing Brazil at the LA 2028 Olympics.
