Kansas City’s running back room is looking SCARY with Kenneth Walker and Emmett Johnson.  Walker already showed what he can do with that monster Week 1 performance, and adding Johnson gives the Chiefs another explosive option who can keep the backfield fresh. Walker brings the patience, burst and home-run ability, while Johnson gives Kansas City another back who can hit the hole hard and make plays in space. Defenses already have enough to worry about with Patrick Mahomes, and now they’ve got multiple running backs who can punish them if they start selling out against the pass. If both of these guys stay healthy, Kansas City’s offense could be way more balanced than people expected. Mahomes with a dangerous backfield behind him is NOT something the rest of the league wants to see.
