Browns' QB woes in preseason: Watson, Sanders, and Gabriel struggle

The Browns might have a serious quarterback problem. Deshaun Watson completed 12-of-18 passes for 126 yards, but failed to produce a passing touchdown and lost a costly fumble on fourth down. Shedeur Sanders showed flashes and used his legs to extend plays, but finished with only 64 passing yards and threw an interception. Then Dillon Gabriel entered and struggled badly, completing just 3-of-6 passes for 16 yards while throwing another interception. Three quarterbacks. Zero passing touchdowns. Three turnovers. Only 10 points in a 34-10 loss. It’s only the preseason, but Cleveland entered this game looking for clarity at quarterback—and somehow left with even more questions. The Browns have talent across the roster, but none of it will matter if they can’t find consistent play at the most important position.
