Lenny McGill - From The Field To The Scouting Department

Lenny McGill enters his second season as Senior National Scout with the Raiders after spending the prior seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins. Prior to that he spent six seasons with the Denver Broncos. McGill also scouted for the Broncos. Denver captured four consecutive AFC West division titles from 2011-14 with a young nucleus of talent that played major roles for the club.
