Growing up around boxing through his uncle and grandfather, Charles Rosa always had combat sports in his blood. After graduating from culinary school and working as a chef in South Florida, a simple bike ride changed his life. Mistaking American Top Team for a boxing gym, Rosa walked in, sparred UFC fighter Cole Miller on his very first day, and immediately knew he had found his path.
