Dante Rodrigues is a professional Muay Thai and K1 fighter of Tiwi Islander, Timorese, and Portuguese descent. Starting his fight journey at age 12, he began competing professionally against adults by 14. A multi-time state and Australian champion, Dante made history as the first Aboriginal and Territorian kickboxer to represent Australia at the Olympic level, earning a silver medal at the Junior World Kickboxing Championships in Italy. In 2023, he reached the quarterfinals in Portugal. Off the mat, Dante co-founded One Percent Better Communities, promoting youth mental health. He was honored as NT NAIDOC Youth of the Year in 2023.
