Chrystal Schaffner is an amateur martial artist with a lifelong passion for combat sports. Earning her judo black belt in 1998, she trained into her 20s before pausing to raise a family as a military spouse. Now, at 45, she’s dedicated to studying Jiu-Jitsu while also being a special education teacher and a proud mom to three children on the autism spectrum.
