Chase Saldate is a sophomore wrestler at Michigan State University. In the 2021-22 season, he had an impressive record of 26-10 overall, with notable wins at the MSU Open and Navy Classic. He also reached the championship bout at the Southern Scuffle. In his freshman year, he received the Outstanding Freshman Award and finished with an 8-7 record, qualifying for the NCAA Championships as the No. 15 seed.
