Cas Mastropaolo is an inspiring football coach and former player, currently coaching at YMCA. He also does fitness training. Born hard of hearing, Mastropaolo has defied the odds, excelling both as a player and coach in the sport. His experience as a student-athlete at Gallaudet, where he played football, helped shape his passion for the game and his leadership skills. Now coaching, Mastropaolo is dedicated to developing young athletes while serving as a role model for the Deaf and hard of hearing community, proving that barriers can be broken with hard work and determination.
