Carl Pickens is a retired NFL wide receiver best known for his time with the Cincinnati Bengals (1992–1999). A two-time Pro Bowler and NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year (1992), Pickens was a dominant playmaker, setting franchise records for touchdown receptions. Drafted from the University of Tennessee, he also played for the Tennessee Titans (2000) before retiring.
