I am orginally from Grand Rapids, MI but spent the last 15 years in Greenville, SC both pursuing my passion as a professional whitewater kayaker and a Paramedic. I had a life change and moved to Washingon state and started working as a Wildland Fire Paramedic. Being on Washingon allows me to kayak between jobs and still race as much as I want. In the winters, I spend my time chasing waves in El Salvador.
