Rick Goltz is a Canadian who played American football professionally for the Canadian Football League and the NFL as a defensive tackle. He played his college football at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. In 1978, he was drafted by his hometown B.C. Lions with the 3rd overall pick in the CFL draft. He also played for the Calgary Stampeders, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and spent one season with the Los Angeles Raiders.
