Manuel “Mayor Mano” Otero is an American heavyweight fighter known for his aggressive, forward-moving boxing style. Fighting out of New Mexico, Otero emphasizes technical skill over sheer power, aiming to outlast opponents and draw them into deep waters. In his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) debut at BKFC 59 on March 29, 2024, he secured a knockout victory over Michael Furnier with a left hook just 42 seconds into the second round.  Beyond the ring, Otero is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of athletes, drawing inspiration from his nephew with cerebral palsy and having worked with Special Olympians in his honor.
