Jerome "Rizzo" Rubi is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association. He has played in the PBA development league in Manila. Rubi has also been a practice player in the ASEAN Basketball League. Rubi is from Los Angeles, California and plans to pursue his career in the CBA, TBL, NBA G-league & NBA.
