Ja’Ron Waters is an American football wide receiver for Grambling State University. He is from Oxnard, California and attended Oxnard High School where he had 27 touchdowns in 21 games. Message from Waters: “I grew up playing football all my life. I played in the rose bowl which was one of my favorite experiences.
