Isaiah "Zay" Downes is an NCAA American football defensive back for Sam Houston State University. Downes is from Stockton, California and attended Lincoln High School and the College of San Mateo. He began his football journey at the age of 6 and aspires to play in the NFL and give back to his loved ones.
