Cecelia Ossi is a Junior for the University of Nebraska Rifle team. The Annandale, N.J. native has been prized with the CRCA Smallbore All-American last year with the school record holder for highest air rifle score. Cecelia has racked up the Nebraska Gold Academic Medallion, Sam Foltz 27 Hero Leadership Award and the Tom Osborne Citizenship team award.
