Cas Mastropaolo is an inspiring football coach and former player, currently coaching at YMCA, a renowned institution for the Deaf and hard of hearing. He also does fitness training. Born hard of hearing, Mastropaolo has defied the odds, excelling both as a player and coach in the sport. His experience as a student-athlete at Gallaudet, where he played football, helped shape his passion for the game and his leadership skills. Now coaching, Mastropaolo is dedicated to developing young athletes while serving as a role model for the Deaf and hard of hearing community, proving that barriers can be broken with hard work and determination.
